To know if you can drive the car to Malaysia, under the car profile's Key Rules, if it did not specify "Not permitted to drive to Malaysia", that means you are allowed to drive the car to Malaysia.

a) in the Republic of Singapore, West Malaysia and Thailand (but only within 80km of the border of Malaysia);

b) whilst in transit by sea during direct sea route across;i) the straits between Penang and the mainland of West Malaysia;ii) the straits between Changi Point, Singapore and Tanjong Belungkor, Johor.
