The rental price that you charge is only for the car during the rental period. Fuel charges, ERP charges etc. are not included in this price and the guest will be charged separately.

For fuel, the guest has to ensure that the fuel level of the car they return is the same as the fuel level of the car at the time of pick up. This is ensured by taking pictures of the fuel level at pick up and drop off and uploading them on the Drive lah platform. In case of a difference in fuel level, the guest will be charged in line with our fuel policy.

For tickets & other fines, they are charged separately to the guest. Please refer to our tickets & fines policy.
