As it has always been, the safety and security of our hosts, guests and team members remains our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:
- All hosts are being asked to ensure that their cars are well cleaned & disinfected. We have had some great examples of hosts doing this on their own.
- We are rolling out a program for all our hosts for cleaning & disinfecting their cars in partnership with a car grooming service. Details of this program are being shared with all hosts.
- We have activated additional customer response teams who are available to answer any queries you might have from Mon to Sat (8 am to 12 midnight) and on Sun (8 am to 8 pm).
