Q1. I am not able to connect to SLICK?

A. SLICK will only allow 1 device to connect to the vehicle at one time. Make sure that there is no other login on any other phone using SLICK in the vicinity. Relaunch the SLICK App and try to connect to SLICK again.

Q2. When I press “Unlock” on the SLICK App, a RED X occurs as a result. What should I do?

A. You can re-login on the SLICK App, and press “Unlock” again to see if the problem has been resolved.

Q3. I am not able to start the engine, what should I do?

A. Do perform the following steps

· "Disconnect" from the car

· "Connect" again

· Unlock your car with your phone.

This will refresh the system and you should be able to start your engine.

Q4. I am not able to start the vehicle engine after unlocking the vehicle.

A. Do ensure that SLICK App is still connected via Bluetooth in the background, the Bluetooth connection may be disconnected over time for power-saving purposes.

Q5. The Remote Keyfob is not detected in the vehicle, I need help on this.

A. Do perform the following steps

· "Disconnect" from the car

· "Connect" again

· Unlock your car with your phone.

This will refresh the system and you should be able to start your engine.

Q6. During the trip, the Remote Keyfob on my dashboard is blinking. What can I do about this?

A. Bluetooth has been disconnected for SLICK, you can do the following.

· Log out of SLICK APP

· Switch off Bluetooth

· Launch the SLICK APP

· Allow Bluetooth to be switched on and connected to the car

To prevent this from happening again, do always allow Bluetooth to run on the background for SLICK app.

Bluetooth saving mode is one of the most common issues that has forced SLICK app to disconnect from the vehicle.

Q7. Why am I not able to see my trip history?

A. Do ensure that you are using SLICK app to UNLOCK & LOCK your vehicle, instead of using a spare keyfob. In this way, SLICK is able to capture the USER who is using the vehicle for the trip.

Q8. I lost my mobile phone and got lock out of the car.

A. Borrow a smartphone ( IOS or Android) and follow the below instructions:

a. Download the SLICK App from Apple / Play Store

b. Login with your SLICK ID and PW

c. Allow the Bluetooth to be switched on
