Flex+ Availability Requirements and Guarantee Program

Drive lah Flex+ offers a flexible car subscription option to clients (hosts), but to benefit from subsidized rates, certain availability and rental activity conditions must be met each month.

The minimum rental requirement of the FlexPlus host to its guests

The Guarantee program conditions

Potential penalties for non-compliance

Monthly Rental Requirement

To qualify for Flex+ subsidized rates, you must rent out your vehicle for at least 4 full days each calendar month.

If You Do Not Meet the Minimum:

Please refer to your contract for the penalty that will apply

The shortfall is due to:

Declining a booking request

Allowing a booking request to expire

Rejecting or ignoring potential demand from enquiries

Availability Restrictions

To remain eligible for Flex+ and the Guarantee program:

You may set a maximum notice period of 2 hours

You may not block more than 8 hours in a single day on your calendar

You must adhere to the recommended pricing until the 4-day rental target is met

Violation of these conditions may result in disqualification from the Guarantee program and additional fees.

Guarantee Program Conditions

Drive lah offers a Guarantee program that protects you from penalties if you’ve made your vehicle reasonably available, even when demand is low.

To Qualify for the Waiver:

You must:

Keep your car available for at least 20 calendar days in the month

Include at least 4 weekend days (Saturday or Sunday)

If you meet these requirements but still do not receive 4 days of bookings, the penalty stipulated in your contract will be waived.
