Do I Get a Replacement Vehicle if the Car Is at the Workshop?

No, Drive lah does not provide a replacement vehicle if the car is at the workshop for any reason.

What Happens If the Car Is Unavailable During a Booking?

Case 1: Car Servicing or Repairs (Not Guest-Caused)

If the car needs servicing or repairs not caused by the guest (e.g. routine maintenance, wear and tear), the guest will not be charged for the days the car is unavailable.

The trip may be shortened or canceled, and the guest will be refunded accordingly.

Case 2: Damage Caused by Guest

If the car requires repairs due to an incident caused by the guest (e.g. accident, misuse), the guest will continue to be charged for the days the car is at the workshop.

The host must report the issue and file a claim according to Drive lah’s policy.

Are Alternative Cars Provided?

No replacement or backup vehicle is offered by Drive lah.

Guests may book a different vehicle available on the platform, subject to availability.
