Your Commitment as a Host
When you accept a booking on Drive lah, you agree to make your vehicle available for the entire duration of the rental.
Confirmed Rental Agreement:
Once a booking is confirmed, you must honor the full rental period.
Policy Compliance: Reclaiming the car early without valid reason and Drive lah's approval is a violation of platform policy.
When can a Host reclaim the vehicle?
Early vehicle retrieval is only allowed in exceptional situations, such as:
1. Emergency or Safety Concerns
If your vehicle becomes unsafe to drive (e.g. mechanical failure or safety recall):
Contact Drive lah Support immediately
Do not retrieve the vehicle yourself
Drive lah will coordinate with the renter and arrange a safe resolution

Do not attempt to repossess the car on your own
