Are There Late Payment Charges?
Yes. If a scheduled direct debit payment fails, the following late payment policy applies:
Daily Late Fee
A $10 late fee will be charged per day starting from the due date until the payment is successfully completed.
To avoid this charge, ensure your payment method has sufficient funds on or before the due date.
Automatic Trip Termination
If the outstanding payment remains unpaid for more than 7 days from the original due date:
The trip will be automatically terminated.
The guest will be required to return the vehicle to the host immediately.
Additional Penalties for Non-Return
If the vehicle is not returned after trip termination:
Repossession fees and other applicable penalties may be charged.
