If the direct debit payment does not come through then a $10/day penalty will be charged. Therefore please ensure there are sufficient funds to avoid the penalty.

If the pending amount is not successfully paid within one week from the due date then the trip will be automatically terminated and the car has to be returned to the host by the guest.
