In cases where there are electronic pricing errors, such as discrepancies in rental prices or surcharges deviating and being lower by more than 20% of the usual rates or market rates, Drive lah reserves the right to take the following actions:

Cancellation and Refund: Drive lah may cancel bookings made under erroneous rates and provide a full refund to the customer without any compensation.

Recovery of Difference in Rental: If the booking has commenced or has been completed before the discovery of the error, Drive lah reserves the right to recover the difference in rental due to the error from the customer.

Refusal to Honor Erroneous Rates: Drive lah reserves the right to refuse to honor the erroneous rates without providing compensation to the customer.

Promotions: we are committed to honoring what is explicitly stated on the promotion, including any terms and conditions, in the event of technical glitches or errors. If a technical glitch results in the application of a promotion that is higher or lower than the actual promo terms and conditions, we will honor the original promo terms.

However, in the event of pricing errors, Drive lah will take appropriate measures to rectify the situation while maintaining transparency and fairness to both parties involved.
