Drive lah pricing errors

This article explains how Drive lah handles cases where rental prices or surcharges were applied incorrectly due to a system error

This policy is for customers who noticed unusually low prices or believe they were overcharged due to a pricing error on a booking.

When this Applies

Drive lah may take action if:

  • A booking was made at a rate that is 20% or more below the standard or market rate due to a technical error.

  • A surcharge was applied incorrectly.

  • A technical issue resulted in the wrong total price during checkout.

What Happens if a Pricing Error Occurs

Depending on when the error is discovered, here’s what we may do:

  • If the booking has not started yet:

We may cancel the booking and issue a full refund.

No additional compensation will be provided.

  • If the booking has already started or ended:

We may charge the difference between the incorrect price and the correct rental rate.

You will be notified via email with a breakdown of the pricing adjustment.

Why Drive lah May Adjust Pricing

Our platform aims to reflect fair and accurate pricing that aligns with market conditions. Errors can occasionally occur due to technical glitches, and it’s our responsibility to correct them while remaining transparent with users.

What You Should Do if You Notice a Pricing Error

If you believe a booking was affected by a pricing issue:

Contact Drive lah Support with your booking ID.

Our team will investigate and follow up with you directly.

If an adjustment is required, we will provide a full explanation and options.

Important Notes

  • Pricing corrections are only applied in cases where the error is clear and verified.

  • The 20% threshold refers to a significant, unintentional drop below standard or average market prices for similar vehicles.

  • Users will not be penalized for minor rounding or discount variations due to system updates.
