As a host on Drive lah, managing or approving booking requests is super easy, and you’re always in control of your schedule.
Here's how it works:
How to Manage Booking Requests:
Open the Drive lah app and log in.
Go to the “Today” or “Inbox” tab at the bottom of your app screen.
You'll then see any pending booking requests needing your approval.
Tap on a request to view full trip details including dates, times, and guest information.
From there, simply approve or decline based on your availability and comfort.
Note: Manage your calendar to ensure a good Acceptance rate as a host.
If your car is not set to Instant Booking, booking requests will only stay valid for 12 hours and will expire if you don’t approve them in time. To avoid missing out on potential bookings, we recommend turning on Instant Booking for your listing.
For cars enabled for Instant Booking:
If you prefer fewer steps, you can enable Instant Booking in your listing settings. This lets guests book your car instantly if your calendar shows availability, no approval needed!
