This is ideal for Hosts who prefer to stay hands-on. You’ll meet guests in person for key handovers, with GPS tracking as added security.

Pro Plan - $25/month (GPS + smart lockbox)
This is recommended for Hosts who want maximum convenience. Guests collect and return keys through a smart lockbox, so you don’t have to be there in person. Hosts under DLPro have up to 14 days to report any damage after the trip ends.

How to subscribe or upgrade
Getting started is simple:
For new hosts:
Log in to your Host account
Go to Settings > Subscription
Choose Grow or Pro
Enter your payment details on the subscription section
For existing hosts:
Save your payment details on the payment link sent by the Host team, accept the terms, and pay the $1 deposit.
Important points to remember:
Minimum subscription: 2 months from installation.
Fees are payable in full regardless of usage or bookings.
Hosts should keep at least 70% of their calendar open to maximise demand.
Devices remain Drive lah’s property. Unreturned, lost, or damaged devices incur a $250 replacement fee.
4% processing fee applies to all payments
The recurring subscription will be deducted through the host's monthly payout.
