Processing fees: 4% (to cover credit & debit card costs)

  • Any payments made by you shall be made through your Payment Mode and in accordance with our Payment Terms and Policies without withholding or set-off on account of disputes, counterclaims or for any other reason whatsoever, and you agree to undertake any credit card charges, bank charges or transaction fees incurred on such payment (if any).

  • Processing Fees charged related to disputes are non-refundable unless made in error.

Monies owing to Drivelah

  • Full outstanding including any cost incurred for repairs, damages, loss of use deriving from the trip etc

  • 20% or $25 Service fee whichever is higher will be added

  • 3% late fee will be imposed for every month from the date of the 1st email (Eg. 1st email sent on the 3rd of March 2019, the late fee will apply by the 3rd of April 2019 if no payment is received)

  • Flex Plus Subscriptions: A $25 late fee per week is charged for any missed subscription payments.
