❗ You cannot access guest contact details before confirming a booking.
However, if a guest sends a message during the booking request, you can respond via the Drive lah platform.
Why Guest Contact Details Are Hidden Before Confirmation
To ensure safety and privacy, Drive lah only shares contact information after a booking is confirmed. This helps to:
Protect guest privacy
Prevent off-platform or grey market transactions
Ensure both sides are committed before direct communication
What You Can See Before Accepting a Booking
Guest’s first name
Trip start and end time
Selected add-ons (e.g. home delivery)
You won’t see:
Full guest profile or license
Guest’s contact number
Option to request extra charges beyond what Drive lah lists
What Happens After You Accept the Booking
Once you confirm the booking:
The guest’s contact number will be shared with you
In-app chat is enabled so you can:
Coordinate handover or pickup
Clarify trip details
Answer questions or provide guidance
