Registering your car on Drive lah is an extremely simple process and should not take you more than 10 minutes to do so provided you have all the documentation required.
1) Just visit www.drivelah.sg
2) Press Join now and register with your email address. This button is on the top right corner. Verify with your phone & email address.
3) Upload a profile picture for yourself. This is so that the guests have a face to the name of the person they are renting from.
4 Click "List your car" tab on the top right.
5) This will require you to enter some basic details of your car. Just follow the instructions on each of the pages. It is super easy :)
6) Start with the location of your car followed by description, brand name, model no. etc. These are some basic details.
7) Enter the rules you would like your guests to adhere to e.g. no smoking / not permitting them to drive to Malaysia etc.
8) Enter your desired price per day for your car. The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Don't worry. You can change this later as well.
9) You will need to click some pictures of your car and upload them. If you do not have the pictures right away, no worries. You can and must upload them later (refer to our photography guideline). You can decide to also take help of our professional photographers to take pictures of your car (just give us a call on +6531389153 and we will fix up an appointment). It is a free service for a few days only.
10) Your car on Drive lah will be covered through our comprehensive policy when on a Drive lah trip. We just need to know that you have a private insurance policy for your car.
11) On availability, mark when your car would be available for renting starting 1st April'19. You can always update this later.
12) Last step is host verification wherein we need some details about you - copy of your NRIC/ FIN. Most importantly we also need you to enter the account details of the account in which you would like to receive payment for rentals done on Drive lah.
Don't worry - your information is secure as we have a very strict privacy policy.
Once done, sit back and relax. We will verify your documents and confirm your & your listing approval shortly.
