Congratulations on listing your car on Drive lah. Once your listing is approved, you will start receiving enquiries and booking requests. Please note the following points to consider:
Insurance: Your car is comprehensively insured during the trip via Tokio Marine. This is valid for all cars aged less than or equal to 12 years. If your car is aged above 12 years, then we provide third party insurance only.
Handling enquiries & booking requests: When a guest creates an enquiry or makes a booking request, you will receive an sms and an email. In our experience, hosts who respond within 2-3 hrs are likely to get more booking requests.
Accepting booking requests: When you click on the booking request message, then you can press accept. Please note that the guest has sent this booking request to you knowing that your car was available as per the availability of the car set by you Once the booking request is confirmed by you, then sit back and relax.
On the day of the rental: The guest will send you a pick up request which you will receive via email / sms. You will need to press confirm pick up. Same procedure for dropping off the car.
