What Is Booking Acceptance Rate?

The Booking Acceptance Rate measures the percentage of trip requests that are accepted (not ignored, cancelled, or declined) by car owners. A high acceptance rate demonstrates reliability, builds guest trust, and encourages repeat bookings.

Target Rate

We advise hosts to maintain a minimum 90% acceptance rate. Falling below this threshold may reduce your listing visibility or result in an account review to assess vehicle suitability for the platform.

How to Improve Your Acceptance Rate

1. Keep Your Calendar Accurate

Update your calendar regularly to reflect true availability.

Block out dates when your vehicle isn’t available.

An outdated calendar leads to declined and cancelled bookings, which can lower your BAR.
