Why offer delivery?

Offering home delivery allows you to bring the car directly to your guest’s location—adding convenience and increasing your car’s appeal. Based on our data, over 75% of guests prefer vehicles that offer delivery and pickup.

How delivery works

You can enable delivery when you create your listing or add it later. Once activated:

Guests can choose delivery at checkout.

You will earn 80% of the delivery fee paid by the guest (e.g., if the fee is $20, you earn $16).

Delivery is only available within a 6 km aerial distance (approximately 10 km road distance) from your car's listed location.

Delivery and pickup must both occur between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Important: Your personal vehicle insurance applies while delivering the car. Drive lah protection begins only when the rental period officially starts.

Delivery requirements and restrictions

To ensure a smooth experience, the following policies apply:

Delivery is available only within a 6 km aerial radius (~10 km by road).

Guests must choose delivery at checkout for it to be valid.

Pickup and drop-off must occur between 9 AM and 9 PM.

You may not:

Charge guests separately for fuel or time related to delivery.

Ask guests for a ride after delivery.

Accept or request payment for delivery outside of Drive lah. This violates our Grey Market Policy and Terms of Service.

How to enable delivery for your car

Log in to your Drive lah account and go to your listings:

Click "Edit listing" for the car you'd like to update.

In the listing menu, select "Easy Access".

Toggle the "Delivery" option to enable it.

Once activated, guests will see the delivery option at checkout. Drive lah will share the delivery and pickup address with you before the trip.

FAQs

Can I change the delivery location?

No. The delivery and pickup address is fixed to the guest's location.

Can my guest change their delivery address after booking?

No. The delivery location is fixed once the booking is confirmed.
