This article explains how hosts can view, understand, and export their payout history on Drive lah. It also guides you on how to match these payouts to your bank statements for accurate tracking.

What You Can See in Your Payout History

Your payout history includes the following details for each trip:

Guest Name

Identify the guest associated with the trip.

Trip Dates

Know the specific dates for each booking.

Car Registration Number

Useful for hosts managing multiple vehicles.

Payout Initiation Date

The date when Drive lah initiated the payout.

Amount Paid Out

The total amount credited to your account for that trip.

How to View Your Payouts

  • Log in to your Drive lah account on the web.

  • Navigate to the Earnings or Payouts section.

  • Select the payout entry you wish to view.

  • Review the guest name, trip details, and amount received.

  • How to Export Payout Data

  • Go to the Payouts section.

  • Click the Export button (usually at the top-right corner).

  • Download the file in the available format (e.g., CSV or Excel).

  • Use this file to reconcile payments with your bank records.

How to Match Payouts With Your Bank Statement

The most effective way to link a payout to a bank transaction is by matching the exact payout amount.

Find the corresponding amount in your bank account to verify the related trip.

Tip: You can also use the Payout Initiation Date to help confirm the match.

Troubleshooting

Issue: Payout doesn't appear to match any trip

Double-check the car registration and trip date.

Use the exported file for detailed comparison.

Issue: No export option visible

Make sure you’re logged in from a desktop browser (some options may be limited on mobile).

Contact support if the button is missing.
