If something in your trip charge doesn’t quite add up, no worries! Here’s a simple guide to help you check and clarify things:

1. Review Your Trip Summary
Start by taking a quick look at your trip details in the Drive lah app or your confirmation email. Pay close attention to:
- Your rental period and any extensions
- Mileage used and fuel levels (if applicable)
- Any added costs like ERP fines, cleaning, or late return fees
- Condition of the car when it was returned
- Low fuel or uncharged fuel package

2. Verify the Listing Info
Go back to the listing to make sure you’re clear on:
- The rate per hour/day
- Included mileage or usage limits
- Any extra fees or potential penalties

3. Revisit Your Conversation with the Host
Sometimes the host may mention charges or updates in the chat, and it’s worth scrolling through your messages just in case something was flagged or explained there.

4. Reach Out to Support (We’re Here to Help!)
If you're still unsure, feel free to contact our support team. When you do:
- Kindly share your booking ID
- Briefly describe what seems off
- Attach screenshots or receipts if you have them

5. Keep a Record
It’s a good idea to save any receipts, screenshots, or chat logs related to your trip until everything is sorted, just in case they’re needed for reference.

Hope these steps help clarify things for you! As always, we’re here if you need any further support. Don’t hesitate to reach out!
