1. Open the Drive lah App
The car’s exact location will be shared 1 hour before your trip starts.
2. Start the Pick-up Process
You can begin 15 minutes before your trip time.
Open your Trip Page → tap View Pick-up Details.
Make sure you’re within 250m of the car.
Tap Start Pick-up to begin.
3. Verify Your Identity
Take a quick selfie in the app and tap Complete to confirm it’s you.
4. Inspect the Car’s Exterior
Before accessing the keys, inspect the car’s condition:
Take at least 8 clear photos from different angles.
Add comments if you notice any existing damage.
5. Access the Keys via Lockbox
Once you’ve uploaded your inspection photos, the lockbox code will appear in the app.
The lockbox is usually attached to the driver’s side window.
To open: press ENT → [code] → ENT.
When removing the lockbox:
Enter the car and lower the window halfway.
The lockbox is slotted between the inner and outer glass, so it can only be detached safely from inside the vehicle.
After removing it, store the lockbox securely inside the car once opened.
Note: The lockbox code only appears after photos are uploaded, so make sure to complete that step first!
6. Record Fuel and Odometer
Take a photo of the fuel gauge and adjust the fuel level slider.
Take a photo of the odometer and enter the reading in the app.
7. Rate Cleanliness
Rate the car’s cleanliness on a scale of 1–5.
You can also add a reason or upload an interior photo (optional).
8. Complete Pick-up
Tap Complete Pick-up in the app to finish the process.
Review any final instructions, and you’re all set to enjoy your trip!
