Permissions and Checks.
When you create an account, you give us permission to perform a credit report and/or criminal background check as part of the verification process.
We will also obtain your auto insurance score from a consumer reporting agency.
Note: This is a standard step for ensuring safety and security on the platform.
Account Confirmation.
Once we verify your email and phone number, we’ll notify you that your account is created. You’re all set to start using your account!
What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?
If you don't receive your verification email or text:
Double-check your email address and phone number, and make sure to check your spam or junk folders. You can request a new verification message.
If your credit or background check fails: We’ll notify you with next steps or offer you an alternative solution, depending on the situation.
