Unauthorized Malaysia Trip

Driving a rented vehicle outside of Singapore, when prohibited for travel to Malaysia, will incur a S$500 fee, plus applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

If an accident occurs outside Singapore, the Guest assumes full liability for all related costs and claims.

In the event that Drive lah needs to repossess or tow a vehicle back to Singapore, a cross-border repossession fee of $1,000 (in addition to the fee mentioned above) will be charged to the Guest, along with any associated administration costs and vehicle loss-of-use charges, all subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST)
