Adding a New Payment Method

If you haven't added a payment method to your account, you can do so in the following ways:

While Making a Booking:

  1. When booking, you'll notice that no payment method is added.

  2. An option to add a card will be visible.

  3. Simply add your card details to proceed with the booking.

  4. If there's an issue during the addition process (e.g., an error from Stripe), your card information won't be saved.

From Payment Methods in Your Profile:

  1. Like the checkout process, you can add your card details to your profile.

  2. If there's an issue during the addition process (e.g., an error from Stripe), your card information won't be saved.

  3. For reference how you can do this is added below:

Changing Your Payment Method

  1. Currently, you can only change your card details while making a booking.

  2. You Cannot Change it From the Profile Section > Payment Methods:

    1. Changing the card from the profile section has been restricted due to security purposes.

  3. During Checkout:

    1. When proceeding to payment during checkout, your current added card will be displayed.

    2. You have the option to add a new card at this stage.

    3. Follow the same process as adding a new card:

      1. Enter the necessary details.

      2. Save the information.

      3. If there's an error during the addition process, your card won't be saved, and your old card will be removed in such an event.

Removing your payment method

  1. At this moment, we do not allow removing the payment method directly from the app or the website.

  2. If you require to remove a card without adding a new one, please reach out to our support and they will guide you through the steps to follow.
